Each firm's Trustpilot score, pulled toward an average of 3.5 as if it had 500 more average reviews, so a few hundred glowing reviews can't outrank tens of thousands. Minus 10 points for each documented event in the last two years that cost traders money they'd earned or their funded accounts: waves of payout denials, voided payouts, rules changed after the fact, or platform failures without reinstatement, from independent press or the firm's own announcements, not single reviews. Only firms with no such event can be a pick. Ties go to the higher share of 5-star to 1-star reviews.
Not ranked: firms whose Trustpilot rating has been withheld for fake reviews, firms on a regulator’s warning list, firms under a year old or with under 100 reviews, and firms that have closed or paused payouts.
